Kirsten Dyhr-Mikkelsen is a specialist in evaluation of regulatory mechanisms and the co-author of several evaluation handbooks on general methods as well as application within the energy field.

 

Kirsten is an experienced project manager on multinational energy planning and research projects in Eastern and Western Europe, the former Soviet Union and Africa.

Her assignments have included subjects such as assessment of the impact of energy market restructuring on the supply of energy services and the level of energy efficiency, and identification and development of regulatory mechanisms for promotion of cost-effective energy efficiency.
