The future of district heating in the Greater Copenhagen areaEa Energy Analyses has made a study of the future of district heating in the Greater Copenhagen area, including the use of waste, biomass and geothermal energy for heat and electricity production. The modelling was carried out using the electricity market model Balmorel.
The study was carried out for the City of Copenhagen and the heating transmission companies in Copenhagen.
