Natural gas in the futureFor the past 25 years, natural gas has played a significant role in Denmark’s energy supply, both with regard to reducing the dependence on oil and in promoting efficient small-scale combined heat and power plants.
For Naturgas Midt-Nord/HNG and DONG Energy, Ea Energy Analyses has mapped the challenges and opportunities for utilisation of natural gas and natural gas infrastructure in the future Danish energy supply.
The task was carried through in collaboration with the natural gas companies and completed in March 2009.
