Grid code MauritiusEa Energy Analyses has carried out a project on a new grid code for Mauritius in collaboration with SEAS-NVE. The grid code was designed for small-scale distributed generators in order to allow the integration of small-scale renewable energies in the power system of Mauritius.
An important aspect was to take into account system security issues, while supporting the development of small-scale distributed generators in the power system.
The project was supported by UNDP and ran from January 2009 to April 2010.
