The Danish Energy Agency and Energinet jointly develop technology catalogues for assessments of developments in energy technology. The catalogues have technical, economic, and environmental information for a range of energy technologies and are used in connection with model work and other analyses. To ensure that the best available data is accessible, the catalogues are updated continuously.
In this project, Ea Energy Analyses was in charge of updating the technical description of solar plants in the technology catalogue for production of electricity and district heating. The text in the chapter was brought up to date and expanded, and the related data sheets were updated.
The project ran from June to November 2019.
From June to December 2021, Ea subesequently carried out another update of the quantitative data for the four technologies that are a part of the catalogue.
