The Outlook has been developed as a part of the Ethiopian-Danish Government-to-Government Cooperation.
Ministry of Water and Energy (MoWE) and Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) published the first Ethiopian Energy Outlook in 2022. In the current outlook, Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) and Petroleum & Energy Authority (PEA) have also participated, and the Danish Energy Agency and the Royal Danish Embassy in Addis Ababa have supported the update of the Outlook.
