The economic prerequisites of the climate proposal from Radikale Venstre

Denmark | October 2021 - December 2021

In the autumn of 2021, Ea reviewed the economic prerequisites of the climate proposal from Danish party Radikale Venste, titled “110% Grønt Danmark” (a 110% green Denmark).

The review focused on the efforts/areas that have the largest economic and climate effects:

  • CCS, carbon capture and storage
  • Conversion of processes in industry
  • Changes to transport
  • Phasing out gas and oil boilers

In additions, there was a focus on efforts with effects in 2030 or earlier. The review did not cover greenhouse gas emissions from farming that were not related to energy.
