Key Qualifications
Sara Shapiro-Bengtsen is an energy and environmental specialist with a strong focus on energy system modelling, capacity building, and biomass. Her PhD research explored the use of residual biomass within and beyond the energy sector in China. She has experience from both Danish and international projects, including technology assessments, scenario development, and teaching. Sara often works in interdisciplinary and cross-cultural settings to support the development of sustainable energy solutions.
