The Nordic Clean Energy Scenarios project uses scenario modelling to identify actions necessary to reduce energy-related greenhouse gas emissions, and to map possible long-term pathways to obtain carbon neutrality.
Nordic Clean Energy Scenarios is a collaborative project between Nordic Energy Research, who funded the project, and a Nordic team of researchers and consultants lead by Swedish Energiforsk.
Ea Energy Analyses has been responsible for the power market analyses by use of the Balmorel model, along with setting up the technology data for use in the analyses.
