Ea Energy Analyses conducted a scenario analysis of the use of gas in the transport sector. The scenario analysis described a possible development for the use of gas in the transport sector and the consequent impact on CO2 emission and energy consumption.
The analysis included model calculations, which take into account the development of the vehicle fleet, as a background to assess the possible introduction rates for gas vehicles in different segments in road transport.
Preliminary conclusions from the analysis were presented at the conference “Green gas for transportation” in Skive on January 31st to February 1st, 2013.
