The project aimed to develop a biomass heat supply strategy for China. The project was funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and was conducted in collaboration between Chinese and international experts.
Ea’s role was to advise and support with knowledge on thermal biomass technologies and experience from Denmark. An important deliverable was a source book for biomass heating, a catalogue describing and giving data for different biomass technologies.
At the closing workshop for the project, Jesper Werling gave a presentation on the use of biomass for heating in Europe and Denmark.
