In this project, Ea Energy Analyses aided Region Syddanmark (administrative region covering southern Jutland and Fyn) in preparing a climate strategy, which explored possible actions the region and its municipalities can take to meet the tightened targets in the climate area, especially the target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 70% in 2030.
Ea Energy Analyses developed energy scenarios for the region to show the best ways to reduce carbon emissions significantly towards 2030, and how the region can support the work on the climate action done by the municipalities.
The project ran from December 2019 to March 2021.
