Energy Country Programs and Projects, ECPP

Under the auspices of the ‘Energy Country Program and Project’, the Danish Energy Agency provides technical assistance combined with policy dialogue in promotion of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction, with the aim to build capacity with the partner countries China, Ethiopia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Turkey, Ukraine, UK, USA, and Vietnam.

To this purpose, the Danish Energy Agency entered a three-year framework contract with a consortium consisting of Ea Energy Analyses (lead), COWI, Viegand Maagøe, Danish Technical University, and Enerdata. Ea Energy Analyses acted as Technical Assistance Coordinator on behalf of the consortium. In this capacity, Ea Energy Analyses coordinated the provision of specialist technical expertise on demand, to ensure that the implementing agencies in the ECPP partner countries could access the most appropriate knowledge and skills – internationally and locally.
