KL, the Danish national association of municipalities, has published a plan for adapting the Danish waste incineration capacity, by shutting down 30% of the capacity during the next ten years. Information on the plan can be found on the KL homepage.
The background report, Kapacitetstilpasningsplan for Affald – Analyserapport (in Danish), has been prepared by Ea Energy Analyses, and shows the method of analysis and a number of prerequisites for the plan.
