The Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs presents reports on renewable energy to the Indonesian Energy Minister

| On going - On going

As part of the government-to-government partnership program with Indonesia, the Danish Energy Agency developed several analyses, showcasing how renewable energy can be cost-effective and support the decarbonization of the Indonesian power system. Last week, three of the latest reports were presented in Jakarta by the Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jeppe Kofoed, to the Indonesian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Arifin Tasrif.

Ea is proud to have supported the DEA in developing a Renewable Energy Pipeline showing how Indonesia can achieve the target of 23% RE in 2025, and two reports on Prefeasibility Studies for renewable energy in two Indonesian provinces, together with Viegand Maagøe. The work has been also a great opportunity to work together and strengthen the cooperation with EBTKE, local offices of DINAS ESDM and PLN, and the National Energy Council.
